Welcome to Squishy Billiards, a web game developed by Mighty Pebble Games Inc.. By accessing or using this game, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of the Game

You may play Squishy Billiards for personal enjoyment. Publicly streaming or recording gameplay for platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok is permitted, including on monetized channels, as long as you do not claim ownership of the game or distribute the game itself.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Squishy Billiards, the underlying code, design, artwork, gameplay mechanics, and all associated branding (including "Squishy Games") are the exclusive intellectual property of Mighty Pebble Games Inc.

You may not copy, distribute, host, embed, frame, or otherwise reuse the game or its assets without express written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, publishing the game on your own website or app or using it as part of another product or platform.

Streaming Policy: We encourage you to share your experiences with Squishy Billiards! You are welcome to stream or record gameplay for platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok — even if your content is monetized — as long as you give proper credit and do not misrepresent or resell the game.

3. Accounts and Authentication

You may optionally create an account using third-party authentication (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity that occurs under it.

4. Email Communication

If you opt in, we may send you occasional transactional emails related to your account or activity. You may unsubscribe from optional messages at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

Squishy Billiards is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the game, including data loss or service interruptions.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting, uploading, or publishing any content to Squishy Billiards (including but not limited to custom maps), you agree to the following:

• You grant Mighty Pebble Games Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content in any media
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights
• No compensation will be provided for your contributions to the game
• We may remove, modify, or adapt your content at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to gameplay balance, technical requirements, or community standards
• While we generally provide attribution when displaying user-generated content, such attribution is not guaranteed and may be modified or removed at our discretion
• You grant us all rights necessary to use your content for any purpose related to Squishy Billiards, including but not limited to incorporation into the game, promotional materials, and derivative works
• Content that violates our community standards or these terms may result in removal of the content and/or suspension of your ability to create and submit content

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the game at our discretion, especially if you violate these terms or attempt to exploit or harm the game or other users.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the game after changes implies your acceptance.
